  • A PE firm hired OPCO to advise its portfolio company on revenue growth, inorganic strategies and new market positioning.  OPCO identified a dozen banks and led conversations to help build a consortium-like play, while still engaging with the company on inorganic initiatives.
  • OPCO was hired to complete product and technical due diligence on two Fintech acquisitions.  OPCO led the due diligence process and prepared a detailed report providing analysis that was instrumental in selecting one candidate over another.
  • OPCO provided due diligence services to a PE firm considering the acquisition of a securities lending business and advised deal partners on potential growth opportunities.
  • Advised a $20bn+ asset manager on the upgrade and optimization of its front and middle office technology stack as well as the automation of its trade processing workflows.
  • OPCO was hired to help a hedge fund carve-out and monetize its proprietary fixed income trading interface. OPCO identified two channel partners and one buyer leading to a term sheet.
